RAIN or SHINE! Vendors and performers will be under tents.
If it rains, we suggest dressing appropriately with ponchos or carrying umbrellas.
Show love to local performers, makers vendors and guilds by attending in the rain!

RESPECT our neighbors and the historic neighborhood hosting us all.
This kick off event will take place on public streets. No alcohol is allowed outside of neighborhood bars or restaurants.
Two indoor bars will be provided by our host venue Gallery5. as well as at various neighboring bars & restaurants.Dispose of all trash and recycling in proper receptacles
Use the designated Porta-Potties
Keep noise minimal.
Harassment or discrimination based on race, sexuality or gender is not welcome
Treat others with dignity and respect in this interdependent web of life of which we are all a part.
WEAPONS POLICY
NO WEAPONS (blades, firearms, explosives, etc…) are allowed on festival grounds. While we do have artisans who sell real weaponry, we do not allow those weapons to be brandished around the grounds. Weaponry bought within the festival grounds must remain within the original packaging when purchased. You may be asked to hold your purchases with the vendor until you exit the festival.
Prop weapons imitating their real weaponry counterparts are not permitted within the festival. Obvious toy weapons are limited based on the discretion of our festival security staff. Toy weapons permitted include wooden swords sold at the festival, shields, empty quivers and unstrung bows. You may be asked to hold your purchase with the vendor until you exit the festival.
PEACE-TYING
Toy weapons must be secured or "peace tied" to the guest at all times. Foam/LARP/Plastic weapons do not need to be sheathed if sheaths do not exist for their dimensions. Realistic-looking weapons cannot be carried “in hand”.
OTHER RULES
Guests who do not adhere to the weapons policy may be refused entry and/or removed. Any person in possession of a weapon that is determined to be unsafe or unable to be made safe will be asked to secure it in their vehicle or remove it from the faire
COSTUMES:
Help us keep the family-friendly fun going by dressing up in your favorite Renaissance era, Medieval, or fantasy attire.
COSTUME IS NOT CONSENT! Please ask before touching or taking pictures of others.
We have a zero tolerance for Nazi, white supremacists or racists images or representations. Violators will be asked to cover, change or leave the event.
